Building good relationships
Doesn't happen in a day.
Like construction of a house
With mortar, brick and clay.
First, you find location
Where firm foundation stands.
Choose rock or grass with solid ground
Not pits of shifting sands.
Both must lay the ground work
Made of boxes filled with trust.
If either places hollow ones
The building's sure to bust.
It doen't matter what is placed
On top of both of these.
If location and foundation's firm,
The rest will be a breeze.
